A Word About . . .

Hot Melt Application

• Do not reduce sealant depth below manufacturers recommendations - check nozzle wear regularly.
• The back of the bar has the least sealant - choose spacer bar wisely.
• Ensure product is applied within recommended ambient temperature.
• Ensure glass is clean and dry prior to application.
• Ensure a good seal all the way round the unit, avoid cold junctions and pinch corners using silicone pads.
• Ensure machine is calibrated to correct temperature for the product used.
